Realme GT Master and GT Master Explorer prices for Europe leak through the official store

The Realme GT Master series is coming to India and Europe in a couple of days. A week ago we gave you an exclusive peek at the retail packaging of the packaging for Europe, now we can tell you the pricing for the Old Continent as well. Admittedly, we can’t take all the credit, it was Realme’s online store that revealed the price tags for the two models. Oops.

The Realme GT Master will cost €400 and will be available only in an 8/256 GB configuration (with a charger included). The fancier Realme GT Master Explorer will go for €500 with 12/256 GB of memory (and a charger). This more or less matches the rumored pricing from earlier, though there is no 6/128 GB version as that rumor suggested.

Both models seem be coming only in Voyager Gray. This means that Europe is not getting the Apricot color. Part of the charm of the GT Master Edition is the travel-inspired design by Naoto Fukasawa, a long time Realme partner and designer, anyway. The Voyager Gray version (Apricot too) has a vegan leather back, while the ones with the smooth backs have glass panels, which are too ordinary these days.

As a reminder, the Realme GT Master Explorer is a high-end model with a Snapdragon 870 chipset, 50MP 1/1.56” main camera and HDR10+ certification for the 120Hz 6.55” Super AMOLED display. The GT Master gets the mid-range miracle Snapdragon 778G chipset, a 64MP 1/2.0” main sensor and a 6.43” 120Hz Super AMOLED display. Both support 65W wired charging (with 4,500 mAh and 4,300 mAh batteries, respectively).

The two GT Master Edition phones will be announced for the European and Indian markets this Wednesday. When they will start shipping is still a bit of a mystery as that wasn’t listed on the prematurely-posted pages on realme.com.

Note that the original Realme GT 5G starts at €500 and that one has the more powerful Snapdragon 888 chipset. However, that model (in Europe, at least) has only an 8/128 GB memory configuration. Also, it has the less capable camera and screen of the vanilla Master, while the Explorer has a bigger camera sensor and an HDR10+ certified display. As for India, the original GT model will launch alongside the Master Edition series, so we can’t do a price comparison yet.
